About ME
My Skills and Experience
I have been proofreading for over 4 years, pursuing my passion for science fiction books and great storytelling. I completed my proofreading training through The Publishing Training Centre, one of the most respected courses in the industry.
Before working directly with authors, I worked for traditional book publishers, including Flame Tree Publishing, Embla Books, Peirene Press and Dinosaur Books. I know what the industry standards are for producing a new book and what readers are looking for when it comes to choosing a professionally produced novel.
Outside of proofreading, I have a passion for music and I play electric guitar. I spend my time off with my wife and 6-year-old son, exploring nature and cooking.
